Hey everyone, this may be a silly question with an obvious answer, but is it possible to use my Real Estate LLC as my 1031 exchange qualified agent?

Not really understanding your question but you need a qualified intermediary that is arms length away to pass the sniff test of the IRS. Its also a process and has dates and forms and different aspects that need to be followed. Best to use an experienced QI. I recommend @Dave Foster as he is reasonable and a true expert.
