Hi, everyone. We are finding it challenging to identify an experienced Qualified Intermediary (QI) in our area to do a 1031 reverse exchange. Has anyone successfully completed this kind of transaction by engaging a QI from one of the larger online 1031 specialist firms that work nationwide?
