Anyone used Roofstock for a 1031?

Hi everyone. I’m selling a property to acquire some rental units in a cheaper market through a 1031. Does anyone have any experience using Roofstock to acquire a small portfolio of rentals? Any insight would be greatly appreciated. Thanks! Mike
