New Investor Rookie Here
Hello,
My wife and I are hoping to start inquiring some buy and hold homes this year. I’m a rookie. Never invested or did a deal but trying to learn as much as I can to make the right moves. We are currently building a custom home in Charlotte, NC for our family with the home valuing 595k and more than 200k down. So from what I understand I will have some equity tied into it and I will want to use that to finance a investment once we are done with this construction loan. Once again, I’m new to the game so any help is appreciated
