Hello BP Nation, I have a situation. I was trying to create a LLC and was told by a Legal Shield Lawyer that I am not able to create a LLC in Real Estate Investing if I don't have a license. Is the true? I live in NC. I guess I have two questions, second is Legal Shield a good company to have and use Lawyers. I know that as a Real Estate Investing I will need a Lawyer.

Please Help.
