Marketing in a predominately, desirable "owner's" neighborhood w/ few rentals

I just listed a 4/3 2000 SFT. ranch SFH fully renovated, 3/4 acre in a suburb of Chicago, The rent ask was vetted by several local realtors. 25 days in, only 3 showings.

How can I reach out to higher end renters in the area to entice them to my property? Not wanting to default to lowering the price yet.

I just want the right eyes (MARKETING) on my property. How long before it's getting dicey and I should just drop the price significantly?

@Colette Major you said the rent was vetted by multiple realtors. Did you have any of them list this on the MLS? Where is this listed at? Which suburbs?

This is pretty late in the year to be pushing for top dollar rents.... most people are moved in already for the school year if you are in a suburbs. I have spent a lot of my career in the burbs, and by September things slow down both in sales and also rentals for larger units.
