How To Market to People who Just Missed a Mortgage Payment on their House?
I'm a real estate agent / investor / etc. looking for distressed property owners who need debt relief by selling their house.
I figured, if someone misses a mortgage payment, they're probably in distress - I would like to send them mailers or call them.
Is there any software out there that tracks nationwide mortgage delinquencies by address in real time so that for example if the mortgage payment was missed as of August 1st 2025, the mailer goes out by August 2nd.
Looking for any advice regarding this strategy and associated software that could make this possible.
