I have recently taken on a few real estate "noobs" and LOVE it!

I found that bringing on a few people who didn't have a lot of experience thought creatively and we could also use their little bit of free capital to invest for solid returns. I would suggest to anyone who feels like they have their feet under them to try and bring in people who are hungry and starting out. Just a suggestion to everyone!
