This 9-5 isn't for me anymore
I've been working for someone all my life and I want to be able to set my own hours and be successful on my own! Multifamily seems like a great starting point maybe a duplex to a quadplex I look everyday and I am still learning how to correctly analyze a property and hopefully soon I'll put out my first offer! I would love to meet like minded investors maybe for a lunch and talk and get some ideas and pick you brain on certain topics! Let me know if anyone is interested in the Long Island area!!
