Back out or contingency clause for wholesaling properties
I need a condensed contingency clause for wholesaling properties, I have one that's rather lengthy an need to shorten it . Thanks for any advice

How about:
I'm not buying your house, I'll try to get someone else to, if I fail, please and, you agree to forgive me for trying!
That will probably be your best dodge the responsibility, commitment, agreement made in the contract and disclosure you could make. Just use the truth, people will buy that! :)
