Which direction should I take my business for continued growth?
I manage a couple rehabs a year, pick up a few rentals houses to hand over to my property manager from time to time, but primarily wholesale to investors. My net has been about $250,000/yr for the past few years, but I feel like my business/income has sort of plateaued. Has anyone else experienced this? Sometimes I feel like I should be doing more...
