Partnerships

Hello,

I would like advice regarding a BRRR strategy business partnership and how others may (or would) structure. An LLC was formed with 2 partners with 50/50 ownership. One partner loaned the LLC the start up cash - an unsecured10 year balloon loan at 1% interest. The "loan granter" is also responsible for accounting, taxes and "landlording" when buildings are rented. The other partner is responsible for construction and rehab, and managing the subs.

Is a 50/50 split of the business fair to each partner? How have others structured their partnerships?

Thanks!
