ROI almost 30%!!! on small apartment complex
As I analyze hundreds of deals weekly. I recently came across an amazing value add opertounty in an 8 unit complex out in Phoenix Az.
This deal will get close to 30% ROI including Managment, mortgage, everything.
I currently own and operate 2 single family residences in Colorado. One of which I purchased 2 years ago and my ROI on this one is close to 100%. Yes a year. I got very lucky but also positioned my self for it.
I would love an opertounty to speak with some one familiar with the pheonix area and also has apartment experience.
