Is the home inspection business lucrative in las vegas?

Im asking because i will be studyung this field and going into business for myself real soon. using this as a way to get into real estate and save money for investments. Any advice about this business you can share with me?

@william brown. The issue with home inspection is that you will have to conduct them yourself and it would be hard to find a qualified second inspector. You are capped out at three inspections a day which is a long day and getting to that point will take some time and might not be possible. Most do a couple inspections a week. It is not a scaleable business model but is good experience. You should have the some experience going into inspections because you have to know what to look for and it is a big purchase for the client. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Thanks for taking the time to reply. Yes, I plan on doing all the inspections myself. And 3 a day would be lovely, I see people charging from $75-$500 out here in vegas depending on sqaure footage and age of home. So 3 a day is decent money even 3 a week would be good for me. I will be going to school and completing all the necessary courses and doing whatever i have to in order to master this field. I feel like this business would be good to get myself into real estate and build contacts for when i start investing in rei. I have other income sources so money from this business will be put away to invest in my first property.
