How do you protect yourself from liability when starting out?

Hello and thanks for taking the time of your day to read this.

My question is how do most you of you go about protecting yourselves from liability when starting out? Do you incorporate, LLC, or just use your name when starting out in any venture related to real estate? I'm curious as to see what people generally lean on.

Get an umbrella insurance policy and wait until you have assets to worry about an LLC.
