Is anyone using Traction by Gino Wickman for their REI Business?

Question

Just curious if anyone is successfully implementing Traction and the 10 year, 3 year, and 1 year goals as well as PLMs, Issues list, To-Do lists for REI?  If so, how many people are you involving in your PLMs?  Are you able to do it successfully if it is done alone or even with a spouse or one business partner?

We use Traction at my work and I really want to implement it for my REI but not sure it is scalable to one or two people.  So, if you have had success with it, will you fill me in on how ofter you meet, what kind of items you put on the Issues lists and To-Do lists and how accurate you've been with your 1 year and 3 year goals.

well that's very nice... Master on main or bonus room plan ??  we sold out in 4 months .. well have two left but that's out of 23 we build this spring..

I did actually think that was funny during @Jay Hinrichs BP podcast episode when he mentioned Floyd. If you can find a corner of real estate that Jay has not or cannot find more power to you

Yes, it worked great for her and her husband because they moved the mother in law in.  So the privacy of dual masters was key to making this new living arrangement work.

I haven't read that book....YET!  But it is on the list.  I will move it upon my long list of books to read.  I love it though....All the tools I have gained our invaluable to me!

I have scanned that book will have to go back and scan It again I have a hard time making it past 2 nd or 3rd chapter in any business book..  PS we are building a nice community right out next to Boring.. 282nd and Orient..   those are our 23 homes you see that just sprouted out of the farm land. :)  and I have another 3 lot deal  on Deep creek over off of 213  right across from the Barton store but I think metro is going to buy it for open space.. our dollars are going to work for the public.

@Nicole Richards have you read Getting Things Done? I probably use more of the general concepts in that on a daily basis. Between the two I think there's a great foundation for any business
