How to find a great Real Estate attorney?
Hi, BP community!!
I am currently seeking a great RE Attorney in the NE Florida area. I am new to the investment world and I am building my team of people as best I can.
I am unsure what qualities or criteria I should be looking for in a really good RE attorney. What kind of experience do I want them to have? What kind of services or support should I expect when legal issues or contracts come up during my investment career? What kind of questions should I be prepared to ask when I sit down to interview them?
Any advice would be appreciated! ...or any specific attorneys that you recommend would be appreciated as well.

I am scheduled to go to a couple of meetups this month. I will definitely ask around when I can. I am just seeking as much input as I can before I waste time in the wrong direction. :-)
