Choosing An Investment Strategy

2 Replies

Hi Everyone,

Brand new investor here and currently in the education phase of the process. I see and hear a lot of discussion around "aligning your investment strategies with your long term goals" and I was wondering if anyone can direct me towards the right resource to help make this decision.

Personally, Flipping and BRRRR Investing both seem to support my goals of spending more time with my wife, pursuing travel, and escaping my 9-5.

Thanks for your help!

@Nicholas Anderson

I would check out the book "Making big money in small apartments" by Lance Edwards.

If you haven't used audible before, you can download the book for free at this link: .

It helped me to really dial in what my goals are and come up with an actionable plan to get there.

I think you are on the right track figuring out what works for you but it might adjust as you progress. Let me know if you have any more questions or if you need any more help. I am always available to bounce ideas off of.

Best wishes,
