Prop stream filtering

Anyone here use prop stream to generate leads? Or can share how to filter more efficiently? Thanks in advance.

I am new to Prop Stream but I have played around with it enough to be able use the filters to get the list i need. what kind of lists are you going after?

 I have Propstream and I use it to generate a good portion of my leads. I created my own library of training videos showing how to use the different features of Propstream. Happy to share them with you if you're interested.

Prop Stream is very easy to use. I had another investor colleague recommend it and that’s what I use to generate leads. I use the stack method by filtering out my lists. I use the software available on Open Letter Marketing to find the homes that hit multiple lists.
