Where to start when I have bad credit

You can try to find a partner that has better credit and work together or find a private lender that is less concerned with credit scores, and more focused on the returns you can bring them.

Ultimately, credit is somewhat necessary and you'll have to get yours in order. Nothing wrong with crawling before working and getting things lined up so you fix your credit and qualify for loans.
