I need a way to organize my flips. I have seen project management software and it looks like I could use in my business. Is there any specific program that you use? I'm looking for something with an app maybe? I'm new to this software space so I would only like to learn one system. Which one should it be?
@Troy Weygandt I use Trello quite a bit for my businesses. It is free for the basic version, and the basic version easily allows me to organize my business sales funnel. I also use it for managing repairs on my rental properties as it allows me to easily track the different issues at different properties and then input notes in the cards I create on who I have tasked with repairs.
I upgraded to the gold version which allows me to include a lot of automation features. This costs like $3 per month, so it is not a huge investment.
