Hello All,

I am new here and want to venture in buying a 4plex hoping with tenants already. As a newbie please give me some tips and advice on what should I do. I am planning to buy in Twin City Minnesota. Any advice will be greatly appreciated. This will be my first business too if ever. Thanks.
