Small business needs

Hello, I am thinking about starting a business but I just wanted to get some insight from the rest of the country. So I just had a few questions for small and mid-sized businesses out there if you don’t mind me asking.

1. What kind of IT/Marketing/Financial services does your business use?

2. Do you do these services “in-house” or do you pay a company to do it for you? (Example: Do you run your own social media campaigns? Do you do your own Computer setups along with internet/routers?)

3. If you don’t do these “in-house” on an average how much do you pay for these services?

I’m just trying to get some deeper insights into a business I want to start that focuses on making services cheaper to small and mid size businesses with solid customer service.
