I’m interviewing virtual assistant to make cold call

When I first started my search for my first apartment deal I didn’t think I can cold call people because of my disability. Then I started cold calling and realized it was a limiting belief. Shortly after I realized it would be more efficient use of my time if I outsourced my cold calling. Time is our most valuable possession. Once we spend it we can never make it back. I chose to outsource to the Philippines because the cost is lower but accent is not too heavy. Conducting interviews for a part time cold calling position all week. Trying to find a good candidate. I’m learning so much about the hiring process. For example, I ask candidates to send me a selfie video and we do a mock call so I can have a better feel about the candidate . I’ll keep you posted on how the interviews go !
