Getting started in real estate

I was wondering some advice for getting started. I live in Quincy, IL and have 14,000 saved back in my bank account, but I just get nervous about it all. I’m pre-approved through the bank for a decent loan it’s just nerve racking. Any advice would be great 😊

@Josh Fleenorn research house hacking. That’s a great way to start for most people. Some liken it to investing with training wheels.
