Pro Forma Package Technology

Hello….I am looking for ideas on software or any other options for building a pro forma for possible cash partners within my business plan. Need something simple, elegant and easy to understand for taking an assumed set of properties, purchase price, cash needed, rehab or not, CoC return, and long term returns, short and long-term rentals.

Hoping to find something a little more elegant and streamlined than BP calculators.
