Multi Family Tampa Area
Looking to make my first investment within the next year and I want to househack a duplex. Looking for the best market in the Tampa Bay area to do so. I was hoping for St. Petersburg but seeing no multifamily opportunity over there. Any pointers would be greatly appreciated. Message me if ya wanna link up! Thanks

Hi @Joe Wasowski - Inventory has been tight everywhere for the past couple of years, but there are still multifamily properties to be found in St Pete - You just have to keep grinding.
