Hello everyone,
I'm fairly new to real estate, so I'm sorry if this seems like an ignorant question.
After listening to the bigger pockets podcast and reading a whole bunch on here it seems like one of the biggest problems people encounter are their property management companies. My question is what are some of the biggest problems everyone has experienced and with regards to their PMCs and what are some things to look for in a good PMC
