House Hack inquiry; Oklahoma res., no debt, location strategy :)

Hi all, greetings! BiggerPockets novice here. I'm currently living with my parents to save some extra funds for my future house hack (using an FHA loan). I'm currently residing in Oklahoma (unfortunately, ha!). The rent and living expenses here are pretty cheap; I also have no debts. I'd love to move out of state, maybe Dallas Texas, or anywhere in Texas really. However, I assume expenses would significantly increase. Any suggestions on what cities would be best for FHA house hacking? I appreciate any response, thank you for taking the time to read my post. :)

The place you get a job.  You will want to move first in most cases, find work so you have income to pay the mortgage and then likely find the house.  Unless you are going to transfer with your current employer, or are just graduating.   Talk to a lender so you know their requirements about getting a loan and what is required....You may have to show tax returns, pay stubs, etc.
