questions about real estate investing in sioux falls sd

Hello BP peeps! im new to the real estate investing world and am looking to get my feet wet with my first real estate property. I have been looking in sioux falls SD and just wanted to see if there is anyone on here that has experience investing there and may have some contacts in the area I may be able to reach out to
