Never wrong to ask for help right , already anxious to start this process of my first investment but where to start ? Quick story on how real estate got my attention lol hope it doesn’t bore you that read it lol recently got in a car accident 5 months ago still recovering thank god still alive , being on disability made me think man…me and many others rely on our 9-5 income side hustle selling shoes or clothes we don’t wear lol decided I needed a book to read so came across investing with little to no money down great book finished it an here I am on bigger pockets where anyone can fit in lol
