Home Insurance for rental property

I am renting out my 3 bedrooms separately as soon as I vacate this house. What home insurance company would anyone recommend for such rental property?

Make sue you request a quote for a landlord policy, not a homeowners policy. And then require all tennants to get renters insurance. (Your insurance won’t cover any personal items in the home.)
