Targeted Cash Buyers List
I am a very novice wholesaler. I have subscribed to several coaching programs but still haven’t sold my first deal yet. Someone on a Facebook group suggested building a cash buyers list. Anyone have any suggestions? Should I target my list locally since I’m in the CA area or should I build a list in a different state? Any ideas
