Military Member New to investing and looking to BRRRR

Hello everyone.

I am getting close to retirement and trying to start my investing career. I would like to have it established so that when I retire, I have enough cash flow to support my family and not need to rely on a W-2 job while I continue to build my portfolio. I want to learn more about the BRRRR method and if it would work in my situation. My biggest question is if I can make it work without doing the rehab myself. I work a crazy schedule and don't want to hold the property the 6-8 months it would take me to rehab myself. Can I make a BRRRR work contracting everything out? Or would it be better for me to concentrate on just getting easier buy and holds? Have any military members done this? Does anyone near Fort Smith, AR want to partner on some deals?

Thanks for everything
Bob
