How To Prep Rental Between Tenants?
I have a residential property that will be vacant for a short time while and I'd like to know some of the ways you prep the home for viewing and new renters.
The previous renters left the house in good condition, but they did leave holes in the walls, scuffed paint, and scuffed floors. Very general wear and tear. It seems like this is a such routine job, but I can't think of an exact job description that fits -- let alone where to search for said individual!
I've considered creating a Craigslist post, looking on upwork, and even hiring a PM (expensive). How would you go about finding someone who can quickly and reliably prepare your rental for the next tenant? Please be specific.
