Should I Use an Attorney

Hi,

I'm brand new to the forums and getting everything in order to begin my REI career. As I'm working on getting things in line, one piece that I'm not sure the best way to navigate is getting all of my contracts in order. I am looking to mostly Fix/Flip and BRRR, but would like the opportunity to wholesale if something comes across my desk that I can act on immediately. Really - my question is two fold.

1) What unique contracts/documents do I need to be prepared with to move forward with these types of transactions assuming I am

2) What should I pull in attorneys, title companies, etc.. for?

I havent seen this specifically covered in blogs/webinars - If I've over looked, please send me that way.

Thanks in advance and happy to be part of this community,

Russ
