Vacation Home Rental

Hi, I don't own any property but looking to purchase a vacation home in the mountains but airbnb it when Im not using it? Can I purchase it as a vacation home or 2nd home without a primary home using a FHA/ Conventional Loan? I jusr rent I am in the Los Angeles area looking in the San Bernadino Mountains.
