Skiptraces numbers are discconeted

I skiptraced a bunch of numbers and  I am making cold calls to what I hope are motivated sellers. However I am getting a lot of disconnected numbers in the mix. Like a large percebtage of the numbers I had skipped. IS this normal to get disconnected numbers in your batch?
