Home insurance policy under an LLC

Hello everyone,

We bought our first investment property about 1 1/2 yr ago. Paid cash for it and rehabbed it. We cash our refinanced it under both my husband's and my name. We quit claimed it to an LLC now that it's rented to reduce liability. The home insurance had to be changed to the LLC name so we did. Now when we send proof of insurance to the mortgage company. They are telling me the names on the mortgage do not match the names on the insurance policy. Of course it doesn't. We have the policy under the LLC and the loan under our name. Where did I go wrong? I thought people did this all the time. What do you advice I do?
