Hello guys, My name is Yoyo. My partner and I bought this 3.3acre lot in Vernal Utah, we were going to develop it but we decided to sell it because we are too new to the development part of the real estate investing, we just want to spend more time on our high-end furniture business.

We bought it from our friend, it's a 3.3-acre lot approved for 13 single-family houses. Utilities are already on the lot, very good location, very private but close to town. Lot same size are selling from $25k-$35k.

We just want to sell it, probably not partnering up. We do have a wholesaler who would like to help us sell it at $350k, but I have been telling other agents who reach out we will pay them more than 3%, we only want a certain amount, and the extra they sell they can keep.

What exciting strategy would you guys suggest?
