Being an Investor Specialized Agent

Hello BP community I am excited to finally get on here! I am preparing to move to Florida this July and start my Real Estate Career there. I have been running with the idea of specializing in Investors, as that is what first lead me to the industry. My thought is that it will be a great window into actual investing processes and a way to make the connections I want for my investing career. I'd love to hear everyone's thoughts on it and maybe connect with some agents who are already doing this.

@Alexander Arsuaga Welcome to BP!  glad to have you. I made the jump last year to real estate full time and am an investor focused agent.  The biggest piece of advice I can give you is to take pride in the product of work you put out into the world, and to understand that most of the industry lead gen techniques etc are not going to 100% apply to you.  So understand that compared to most agents you are going to be living in a totally different world.  But otherwise I love it, and if you treat it like a business from the beginning you'll be off to great start.
