Buying a house by cash to start BRRR with fair credit,low incom

Can I start BRRR Investment by buying my first house by cash then depending on the rent alone as proof of income to get a loan for my second investment?

to be clear I just moved to US , I have a cash in hand (my saving) but I don't have a good income  or credit right now.
