Looking for a good multi family FHA program in Maryland

Hello BP family! I'm Josh. I'm looking to use my FHA for the first time and I want to purchase a multi family to house hack. I live and want to invest in Maryland. Any suggestions on programs that I could get into to assist me with the process as a whole. ( And possibly help with closing cost , down payments, credit repair ,ect.) Any suggestions or input would be greatly appreciated.
