FHA loan ????????????????????
Hello BP Fam !
I'm new here and so happy I've discovered this platform,(seriously SO HAPPY!) with that said, I have my first question;
Is it smart to take out a FHA loan for my first Real Estate investment?
oh, and I'm a rookie, so advice and guidance on starting out is Immensely welcomed.
