Hi.

I am new and learning all I can from a book, my realtor, and my lender. I've been told I need a good CPA and a handyman. What else do yall suggest? I am hoping to buy a house to move into by March and rent my current home out.

Any ideas, suggestions, or networking would be helpful.

Thank you in advance.

@Brooke Landes

If you get a good in real estate agent, CPA, and property Management, those people should be able to give you referrals to everyone else that you may need.
