Real Estate Property Evaluation Spreadsheet

Eric Mehring
Posted

Hi,

I’m listening to the Rental Property Investing audiobook and I’m wondering if anyone in the Bigger Pockets Community created a spreadsheet to help evaluate real estate property for a buy and hold strategy?

The purpose of the spreadsheet is to know if a house on the market is worth purchasing or not based on the criteria from the Rental Property Investing book.

I want to create a spreadsheet that includes the 2% rule along with the list of costs for a more detailed analysis (roofing, windows, water heater, vacancy, etc.).

I don’t want to create spreadsheet and “reinvent the wheel” if someone already created a spreadsheet that they don’t mind sharing.

Take Care
