Bank account for rental property

Hi everyone,

If you are not putting a rental property in an LLC, would you open a personal or business bank account for the expenses? Does it matter?

Also any specific banks that are recommended for this purpose? Would you open saving and checking or just one? and if you were to open a credit card for cash back and such, does it have to be the same bank?
