23 Rental Units at the Age of 23 Years Old!
Yesterday I purchased my 23rd Rental Unit at the Age of 23 years old! I Started this journey in August 2020 when I purchased my first BRRRR which was a 3 unit building. Since then me and my business partner have completed a handful of BRRRR deals and have been able to create a snowball effect. The latest purchase will be our 7th BRRRR.
