Good evening everyone, Im Pedro and Ive read and continue to read Real estate books, motivational books, self improvement books as well. They all have wonderful stories and great ideas on how to start out in real estate. Its really not that simple. Im looking for a mentor, or even a partner in the Killeen/Austin, Texas area. Can anyone give me some beginner pointers?
