I am pursuing some real estate investment opportunities and utilizing some creative financing. I have a few potential investors. They will be putting up the down-payment, reno costs, and holding fees. I will be managing the reno and managing the property after the reno.

Any suggestions for contract structure? Hoping to learn from someone who has done it a few times.
